terms of service
by commissioning me, you agree to the following...
as the artist, i may:
- post commission to my social media for advertising (unless otherwise requested by commissioner)
- decline a commission for any reason
- send you progress reports and screenshots of your commission. before coloring, you may request any change for no additional charge.
as the commissioner, you may:
- post the commission anywhere, but credit is expected and required unless its being used for social media flair (like cover photos and profile pictures)
- may edit the commission in any way, shape, or form as long as you credit me
- may request small edits and corrections to the finished commission, however, more complicated edits will cost extra
- request to pay half upfront and half after, otherwise it will be assumed that you will pay upfront
- may NOT use the art commissioned for commercial purchases without purchasing a commercial license (ask me)
- understand that refunds are not available unless i cannot complete the commission within a reasonable timeframe
